This 5500 square foot single family home located in beautiful Brentwood, California is a combination of an existing house remodel and new construction to accommodate a growing family of soon-to-be 5.
This project required a keen sensitivity to the clients requirement that the space layouts, finish materials and furnishings all be family friendly.
We balanced durability and practicality with textured elegance and modern style to create a house that this active family could truly live in.
