This modest remodel and addition is personal. Meagan and her family had a dream become a reality when the purchased a nearly uninhabitable house in Santa Monica, California. They could dream of what to make of it, and they made it happen with a lot of love and elbow grease.
The 2200 square foot house boasts vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, lots of light and room to move for their two daughters. The design is visually clean, low maintenance and effortlessly elegant.
